We offer three distinct types of integrations, based on level of support and configuration capability, to suit varying needs:

Standard Integrations are fully developed and supported by FINBOURNE. They are robust, pre-built connections to industry-standard systems and data providers, ensuring seamless and reliable functionality.

They include user-friendly configuration interfaces within the Integrations dashboard, and are regularly maintained.

Users benefit from:

  • Seamless UI configuration

  • Pre-built workflows

  • Suggested data mappings. We map and standardise data fields and formats to reduce your implementation time, configurable in minutes.

  • Ongoing updates and technical maintenance. We ensure the integration is continually updated to accommodate system or data provider changes.

  • Integrations dashboard support. Supported integrations appear on your Integrations dashboard in the LUSID web app, providing real-time visibility of connection status and performance, including:

    • Data lineage: Gain full transparency with end-to-end data lineage, showing the origin and transformation of data as it moves through the system.

    • Logging and auditing: Built-in logging tracks data flows and events, supporting troubleshooting.

Custom Integrations are bespoke integrations we develop for a specific client or use case (for example, a custodian file in a client-specific form). While Custom Integrations appear in the Integrations dashboard, they are not designed for reuse across multiple clients.

Luminesce Providers are designed for flexibility and speed. They enable data exchange with external systems and applications directly to LUSID using Luminesce, our data virtualisation engine.

Note these providers do not include UI configuration or managed workflows in the Integrations dashboard. They are available within our Luminesce product.
