# How do I stay signed in to the LUSID web app?

By default, the LUSID web app signs you out after a period of inactivity.

Depending on your browser, the LUSID web app may also sign you out while using it. To prevent this, and to allow the **Remember me** checkbox to work properly on the **Sign in** screen, follow the appropriate instructions below.

## Chrome

Allow 3rd party cookies for `[*.]lusid.com` in your browser settings:

Uncheck **Prevent cross-site tracking**:
